But it's a minor one. I had new tires put on in May. No new rims or anything like that, just new tires. No issues. Then, today, six months later, my TPMS warning light came on. I expected this, since we just had the first hard frost of the year I have a 2007 Toyota auris 1.6 vvti. Was driving in the morning fine to a location and parked up fine. Upon return to the car and starting the engine, I get a warning on the dash saying 'check power steering' and the P/S light ignited. The steering wheel also went heavy meaning the power steering was not active.
I replaced the batteries in both keys fobs and I still get an occasional low battery warning from the dash. (note, car battery is brand new) My wife again, had an issue with her key fob today so I found some brand new DURACELL batteries and put them into her key. The old battery measured 3V and the new one was 3.2V.
Recently bought a 2009 Toyota Auris 1.33 TR. During normal driving, the instrument panel dashboard is easily read with the panel lights bright. When you switch on the side or dipped beam lights, the instrument panel does dim down significantly to the point where it is nowhere near the brightness
